Meeting Facilities

The Black Canyon Conference Center provides 21 meeting rooms overall, including the Black Canyon Ballroom which accommodates 500 people, as well as the Sonoran Ballroom for up to 250 persons. Conference rooms are equipped for high speed internet access, built in screens, hard writing surfaces, ergonomic 8 hour chairs for comfort providing the perfect environment for learning.


Hotel accommodations are within just steps of the Center. With over 700 rooms available representing various hotel chains.
